MONOBLOC CAST ALUMINUM CALIPERS
Alcon Street Performance calipers are gravity die cast monobloc constructions using aluminium alloy for optimum strength and weight. Monobloc 4 or 6 piston design for high stiffness (firm pedal) with low weight. The piston sizes are staggered to ensure even pad wear and features a pin-mounted design for pads to provide low threshold pressure and low noise.
MOTORSPORT GRADE "C" GROOVED DISCS
Alcon's 2175 Motorsport grade casting disc uses a unique cast iron alloy which offer increased friction, wear resistance and resistance to thermal shock and fatigue. The C grooved discs offer reduced NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) on the street, while the S groove offers higher bite and is ideal for Motorsport use.
48 DIRECTIONAL COOLING VANES
Alcon Motorsport discs use a unique cast iron alloy which offer increased friction, wear resistance and resistance to thermal shock and fatigue. The use of a specific continuous curved vane construction that improves airflow and optimizes cooling.
GOODRIDGE STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE LINES
The Goodridge brake lines included are a direct replacement to the OE lines and resist expansion under high heat. The stainless steel finish also is resilient to debris, reducing the chance of a brake line failure. This translates to a more reliable brake line and a firmer, more consistent pedal on the track.
BESPOKE FLOAT DRIVE SYSTEM | AEROSPACE GRADE ALUMINUM CENTER BELL
Alcon's Street Performance brake system features a bespoke float drive system (as used in majority of front axle applications), it has been designed for thermal expansion and minimize the tendency for disc judder. The center bell is constructed in aerospace grade aluminium for maximum weight reduction.
FERODO DS PERFORMANCE STREET PERFORMANCE PADS (STANDARD PADS)
The Ferodo DS performance pads are designed with performance street driving in mind - offers a low noise level, cold performance for start up and city driving, and are specially formulated for excellent resistance to fade at elevated temperatures.
